Yeah we're alone, we have the whole year next year, but we have to start working on it now (And it doesn't have to be fully finished, it can be just a trailer and a one or two playable levels)
(1) Ok, a whole year is a lot. You have to ensure, you keep motivated all that time! So look, what you are interested in. What topics do you really really enjoy and could give you fun all this time! What kind of games do you love to play? It could help to look on steam, appstores
