It's a game heavily inspired by the classic racing games that
@RareLtd used to make, so I thought it would be fitting to render 3D models into sprites, like you see in Donkey Kong Country, Killer Instinct, etc. :)

Looks pretty cool. Love the design of the main character. Also the up- and downlifting mechanic of the environment tiles. Adds a lot to the overall feel!
