Try doing a full repair/reset of the software - you will lose any custom brushes so i recommend backing those up first.

I've not had something like this happen, however i have had the odd problem with graphics going a bit off/buttons not functioning. A reset has always fixed the problem, also check your tablet driver too if you can :) Hope this helps!
