Easy. Tweet once an hour and whatever hour gets the most hearts is the hour you tweet in. JK who the hell knows.

I typed best time to tweet and got this chart lol And then you just factor in your audience from what timezone, and boom, you make sure you post it at their peak hours :3pic.twitter.com/DKgocLeU5b
