wait, that is a 2d static image???
Back in 2018 I was amazed by the animation, JUST using a simple static 2D image. We live in crazy times 
yes!! The first static 2D image done with photoshop was used. I only had to seperate it. You know, separated head, limbs, body, tail and so on. The rest is done with Spine 2D. 2D-mesh-deformation, bone movement ....
