I had a more stable experience when I changed to Krita for drawing and the Affinity suite for design and such! Might be worth a try! 
#Photoshop + #Windows10 = #NIGHTMARE
on my new pc. It freezes and lags, all the time, no matter what settings or solutions I tried. And I can´t figure out, what causes those issues. So hard to work with and so much wasted time.

Hey vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung und dem Lösungsversuch. Andere Apps funktionieren problemlos. Irgendetwas verursacht diese ständigen Lags, während ich Tools in Photoshop benutze. Besonders häufig tritt es bei der Verwendung von Brushes und dem Lasso-Tool auf.
