Oh no nothing fancy but I see lots of artists posting their art there, or recording their process as you said, and there are lots of artist memes and challenges and things like that. Seems like there's a nice art community!
Why tik-tok? I mean, how would you use it for art? Recording the process or just the finished image? Or something fancy like ross tran does on youtube?
