There's no real "joining" as such. You can submit your models to places like Thingiverse, MyMiniFactory or Cults3D to allow others to 3d print them if you wish. Tweeting about it and being followed by people in the community would help too :)

oh ok! Didn´t even know, such community excists. I´m pretty new to 3DArt and I think, not every mesh is modelled efficiently. Sometimes everything feels ok as long as it kinda looks good for one image. :) Is there something special, when doing models for 3D prints?

Yes and no. Generally people making models for 3d printing do so with lack of supports in mind (things that hang over dead air need material under them to be able to print) but it's not essential by any means. Most important thing, is that the mesh is "watertight"

You can make sure that it is by exporting it as an STL or OBJ, and pulling it in to Microsoft's 3d Builder (part of windows 10) and if it's not "watertight" it will tell you it needs to be repaired, then you just click the button and it will repair it for you. Then just save it
