Damn, when working on 3D stuff, time is running so fast. Here a little loop-cut, there a little bridge-edge-loop.
Oh the bevel could be a bit rounder...oops.. 1.5 hours are over...

I know that sculpting is usually pretty helpful for small ridges and parts of your model, but the issue is, it messes up your topology and you have to retropologize it. Bump mapping can also add subtle details as well, like I just added diamonds all across a character.
