Man, this bug creating these odd artefacts above the brush is pretty annoying. I experience it a lot in #photoshop 2019

This has happned to me. Uninstall the tablet driver and reinstall. If that doesn't work at first, update your computer, adobe cc, or anything else thats related and THEN hard reset your computer. Sometimes computers get sick and glitch out when theyre on more than they are off.

"Update your Computer" could be the best advice. I don´t have the newest system anymore. Maybe it´s really related to my old software. It´s planned to get a new system soon.
