I used the new rendering engine, Eevee, and turned on Bloom. In Cycles you have to do nodes.
(To use Eevee you need to have the Blender 2.8 beta, or wait for it's release in July. You can get the beta from the Blender website! ) pic.twitter.com/qY5bOdqULh
