@YouTube Did you guys drop Windows XP support? I used to have no problems using YouTube on my Windows XP machine up till this past Sunday night, at which point I'm lucky if I get anything to play, and when it doesn't, it says my browser isn't recognizing The video formats.

Hmm. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies to see if it's otherwise. Here's how: https://goo.gl/dwzcyo . Also, check if your browser is up-to-date. Keep us posted.

I can try. My browser on XP is Firefox version 28, because it's the last version I knew that handled XP. Up till sunday, it worked fine.

My browser has also been bringing up the older version of YouTube, not the new version.

Hmm, as a next step, please send a feedback report directly from YouTube with these steps: https://goo.gl/WdI0BK . While every individual report may not get a direct response, we do review everything and use the details to investigate and fix issues. Thanks.

Ok, I have done that. Not sure if the screenshot save properly though, as my help button appears at the bottom of the page. For some reason, my browser also brings up the classic YouTube version, not the modern look.
