It is with great pleasure that I have taken over the role as the County Dragonfly Recorder for East and West Kent on behalf of the British Dragonfly Society. A role that I am very much looking forward to getting involved with.

An example showing you don't always have to get all of the dragonfly in focus for it to be a pleasing shot... but you must get those eyes! Southern Migrant Hawker, Oare Marshes, Kent.

This photo of a Willow Emerald Damselfly (Chalcolestes viridis) at sunrise took quite a few visits and hours to finally get. A memorable experience though and framed on my wall.
