okay Twitter, help me with your fat loss tips I have had a small 'spare tire' of subcutaneous fat around my hips since I was a child and it seems that, however good my diet and exercise are, it seems pretty stubborn how do i blast this belly fat?

I don't plan to force anything, I just would like to have more understanding of why it's been there my whole life and whether it's more under my control than I realise I accept my body fully, but that doesn't mean I'm not also trying to build muscle mass, for example

I've always had belly fat and I've always had that nagging desire to get rid of it Until a few years ago when I started lifting for strength Being surrounded by a community who despises abs changed my desires
