My wife and I own a business in the UK, she is American.
We have a separate (American) accountant who’s based here in the UK. It’s just her and one other person I believe.

I don’t think they can do your US return for you (you should ask though), but they understand tax treaties, will integrate your US return when preparing a UK one, and are delightful to talk to. Say hi to Victoria from me.
