Two quick ones jump to mind:
Searching extended network. I love 'search within your follows', but also want 1+ layer. Who the people I follow follow
Ability to unfollow a user from the random user feed. Easier to amass follows than remove them. Good prompting moment to do so

Oh, I loved the "Intentionally Blank" side pane! I kept getting distracted by random Twitter news.
I wish that pane was also available inside threads, for when I want to focus on writing a response 🙂
