I wonder if progressive typography could be used as a proxy for these evergreen ratings? Seedling -> scribbly notes Budding -> default markdown style Evergreen -> beautifully set and illustrated like “Timeful Texts” (numinous.productions/timeful/)

Despite popularising the horticultural metaphor of Seedling > Budding > Evergreen ratings on digital garden notes, I wish there were other varieties out there. Baking and carpentry metaphors would work just as well. Notes could be raw, half-baked, or roasted.

Love that direction – wish we had better ways to 'scribble' on the web other than uploading PNGs from drawing tablets / scanned post-its. But scribble typography is a good alternate!
