Web UI/UX need to be rethought beyond just a desktop/paper-based metaphor.

FTW!

Very here for the web-as-space metaphor to take its rightful place over the web-as-paper-documents metaphor. It's odd that in all our language we use space and place based words to talk about the web, but the UI aesthetics rarely escape the flat paper vibe.
