Got to hang out with and do a tour of my crib last week for their ongoing series

We covered Keyboard Maestro macros, developing ideas with spaced repetition, and the limitations of thinking in linear text.

I really enjoyed the "MTV Cribs" tour with , I think one of my favorite episodes so far โ and will be stealing the #Seedling concept!
What are your thoughts on using the native Roam namespace functionality instead of the page prefixes (B:, C:, P:) you described?

Havenโt heard anything about the namespaces - how is [[B/Title]] different to [[B: Title]]?

The capabilities of Roam namespaces are still quite basic, but I can imagine a lot more functionality added later on.
[[Book/Title]] can be automatically rendered as [[B/Title]] or simply [[Title]].
The keyboard shortcut for toggling namespace display modes: Ctrl+C+L

Namespaces also support multi-level nesting:
[[Book/Genre/Title]] can be rendered as: [[B/G/Title]] or [[Title]]

+ I like how namespaces simplify the CSS selector for styling specific tags like you did with your Leyendecker theme.
span[data-link-title^="Book"] .rm-page-ref:before {
content: "\01F4DA";
}

Oh wow, thank you so much for pointing me to this! I had no clue namespaces existed and looks like theyโre not well documented.
How did you find out about them, and are there any links to feature description?

Anyone in #roamcult or figured out how to query for namespaced pages yet?
Would love to do {{query: {and: [[Book/]][[Cultural Anthropology]]}}} for example.
Should show any [[Book/ The Title]] pages that include the [[Cultural Anthropology]] tag
So if you have a namespaced page and attributes on it, then a query like this works:
{{[[query]]: {and: [[book/Waking Up]] [[Author]]}}}
Breaking the page title into multiple references breaks the Roam native namespacing, unfortunately

This query works anywhere the book and the page reference is mentioned, which I think is what you're asking for. (And yes, randomly I was watching your Roam Cribs tour with Robert earlier... ๐)
