Are there people out there still experimenting with connectivist MOOCs? style open courses? Doesn't have to be massive, but should be cohort based, discussion/creation focused. Ad hoc book clubs, online study groups, peer-learning?

You can’t. You have to trick a company into hiring you for something completely different, then subtly just start designing metaphors as part of your everyday work once you’re inside 😉
It is amazing to see two people I greatly appreciate in the learning space get to discussing all the great bits that can be done for learning and shaping it at a company 💜
