Some really amazing custom themes for submitted by the #roamcult last weekend Turns out doing theming RIGHT will take more time -and priority is setting up payments so we can hopefully clear the waitlist out by end of week This is MVP tho

Just opening Youtube, and what do I see? No views, 1 minute ago. @conaw It's an honor :) Seems like native support for custom @RoamResearch themes is here.

Tweet Storm of what I say in the video If you want to change the CSS on your Roam Graph (for yourself and for all visitors or collaborators, you can do so by adding creating a page called [[roam/css]] and adding a CSS code block on that page

That page is setup so that if you filter the page, the styles won't be applied - (filters are stored per-user on shared/public graphs) so if you're collaborating with others, possible for you to each use separate themes (just filter to only include the theme you want)

The goal of this project was to help more users discover and use the amazing themes built by the #roamcult, and to be able to send them a tip to thank them Having a quick-theme switcher turned out to be of scope for this project, but I think we get 80% of the way with this

Whoo! I’m thinking one of the best approaches would just be to extract specific functionality into composable themes. Coloured tags as one. Sidebar expansion as another. stacked sidebar columns, etc. Let people layer on css to pick n’ mix features they like
