At the moment is changes every week, lol
Depending on my mood its some combination of Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, After Effects, EZGif.com, SVG, and/or Procreate.
They're fairly interchangeable.

oh I see! I've been using ezgif for quick video editing and gif making. Very useful.
Did you know about ? their visualization is quite something and the syntax is easy to understand
