Miro is a suggestion for those who find Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, etc. overwhelming when they only need to map a basic concept

Box and arrow diagram are the foundation of more complex metaphors.
Laying out spatial relationship between elements (above, below, beside, near, far) how they connect and relate to one another is always the core of whatever you are explaining.

I actually used miro for the first time to brainstorm some ideas during a live stream. It was super useful, I like it a lot
