How do you enforce the daily practice? Do you have a separate app that reminds you and manage that?

Happens by ritual habit. Open Roam in the morning, pick a few items in the review backlog, set a 15 min timer. Usually goes for 30-40 mins once you're writing and interlinking, organically leads into working on articles and talks and projects in progress. Good start to the day
