Hi Maggie! A note on your potato metaphor. Water travels UP a plant (in through the roots, out the leaves). See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transpiration… Sugars made in the leaves travel down and form the potato tubers. ☀️🌱🥔

You’re right! Shows you how much I know about potato anatomy, lol Our react potato here must be of the Reactian Tuberous species - defies all biological rules in its sole quest to explain how react works, rather than how potatoes work 😉
