I need a way to make myself exercise during any isolation. A challenge of some kind.
Something like 100 press ups per day of working from home until any quarantines are lifted*.
What else?
(*would not preclude doing more structured exercise with dumbbells).

Running outside (at reasonable distance from others) is still allowed! That’s the only thing keeping me sane. Minimum 1 hour of outdoor running/walking every day. Fresh air, sunlight, and sense of normalcy all side benefits
