I really like your "workshop/storefront" distinction. 100%.
I know this is very #roamcult of me, but srsly - am curious as to your take on both benefits and disadvantages of Roam as a primary tool on "workshop" side.
I am currently enchanted by its "magical junkyard" capacity.

Was talking with about this today and Roam definitely feels like a good Workshop. You don't need just one though!

+1 on Roam as the ultimate workshopping space. But aslo agree doesn't have to be the only one. By its nature, workshop feels like it should be unrestrained by apps. I've got crap spread between markdown files, roam, notion, procreate sketches, and post its scattered on the desk.
