Adding visuals (screen caps of the UI result), basic diagrams, and sketches with your non-‘foo’, ‘bar’ examples also goes a long way!
More human, less abstract machine overall a great policy for documentation. At least in introductions and overviews.

Please add more examples to your documentation.
Having one basic example that uses`foo` and `bar` does very little for my understanding.
Add examples of varying levels of difficulty that cross-pollinate use cases.
