1/ Found out a hacky solution to get highlighting in
1. Install Stylus plugin for custom CSS overwrites -github.com/openstyles/sty
2. Rewrite CSS styles for the strikethrough <del> HTML tag to ‘background: #FDEFA1’ and 'text-decoration: none'

3. Wrap any text you want highlighted ~~with double tildes~~, or use the Cmd+Y shortcut.
Like I said, it’s hacky but gets the job done. Anyone else in #roamcult find a better solution for this?

Aaaand I hacked together a feature that already exists...
Turns out Cmd+H wraps your text ^^in these^^ which creates a highlight. Clearly so obvious it would have been too easy to just use the native version 🙃

There is support for highlight. It may be ^^ or something.

You were right! Wish I’d known that before duct taping together my workaround solution, lol
How did you find that out? Can’t find it anywhere in the docs. Is there a keyboard shortcut?
