just out of curiosity. How did u technically organize your Resources folder in Notion? Simply with sub-pages or as a Notion database table? I feel the latter might make it easier to keep it organized in the long run...

Yes definitely using a relational database for it - makes it magical to relate notes to one another, attach to projects, search and filter by authors, medium, status... Made a quick video showing how I have one master DB and then filtered & embedded versions on subpages.
