Refreshing to hear from people thinking well, well above surface-level recycling milk cartons and BYOBags. Community organising, legal action, data/tech all big topics.

Notes from the first session on “Dreaming the Dream” / how to create optimistic narratives to respond to the crisis.
Mostly an exploratory conversations of the difficulties and pitfalls of trying to influence a larger cultural story being told.

Second session was a very enlighting fishbowl conversation on the climate impact of the tech industry impact.
Turns out it takes IRL energy to hoard and stream all those petabytes of Netflix content!
