2/ But based on your BASB course I've no doubt you can deliver on the promise.
And feels like a natural extension off BASB.
Workshop Anything also strongly appeals, but I'll need a sort out a working PM philosophy before embarking on any workshop adventures 😉

True - JIT PM is the answer to a known, acutely felt problem.
And ‘Workshop Anything’ is the potentially more valuable skill, but to an amorphous problem I don’t acutely feel. Just the invisible price of missed opportunity.
Can we have both? 😉
