A lot of of being “good” at drawing is built off how well you can mentally turn basic 3D forms in space.
I studied with a lot of visual development artists who had us do drills like this – take a box and turn it in every direction. Repeat until you memorise.

Eg. These are pages I did in my training days - ink pen on paper. Draw a line. Then trace over it 8 times. Repeat till you fill the page. Your hand eventually learns to not draw crappy lines 😅
