Really handy to sometimes make 5 minute mockups in Cinema4D when I'm layout an illustration. Helps you nail the perspective instead of fiddling with aligning the invisible vanishing points for 20 minutes.

Good point! Also blender and Google SketchUp will do the same thing and are 100% free.
Im just comfy in C4D but definitely overkill for basic 3D block ins

Yup. I can’t wrap my head around Blender though. Way too complicated.

I know, same here. Gave it my best effort but it just wasn't happening. SketchUp is nice and intuitive though.
