Sure thing - okay to use the XD case study if you give credit.
For books, my faves are "Drawn to Life" - the Disney series. And "How to Draw" by Scott Robertson. And Craig Fraziers "The Illustrater Voice. Oh and all of Andrew Loomis's books!

The first book I got was actually "How to Draw", but thought it was aimed at industrial designers so I went with an online course instead. Will grab it again :)
