And, over 1/3 of the people who left this year were hired in 2021!

The lesson we hope and execs have learned going into 2022: your millions of $$$ that bought you an anti-union campaign came bundled with a decimated workforce, a toxic environment, and a castle built on sand.

The lesson we are taking into 2022: organizing is the only way to change tech for the better. We lost our election but came very close and built dozens of organizers. We'll win next time.
