This is bullshit though, this is what was said in the mail from them: "As a result, your channel will lose access to all monetization tools and features associated with the YouTube Partner Program on February 20, 2018 unless you surpass this threshold in the next 30 days."

Maybe sort out your adverts
@TeamYouTube before screwing your creators. Showing me the same 2min advert on every video most of which are only 10min long I'm not watching it. No advert should be more 30 or 40 seconds if you really want people to watch them -
Yesterday I got a 31 minute video on one of Jon's videos, surprisingly I didn't watch it all.
