Not sure I agree with "no effect". I've been averaging 6 eggs/day for 3 years or so and my HDL is way up and my triglycerides are way down. (Of course eating WF, low-carb likely is an essential component to that success.)

HDL is the good cholesterol, so that's good it's way up, right?

The real culprit is the habitual carb (bread, pasta, rice etc) that goes with the eggs.
