I’ve been following your tweets and other’s on this subject. This line of argument is compelling. Problem is, pecuary provokes a lot of environmental damage. Isn’t it possible/advisable to substitute steak for pork, fish or chicken meat?

I don't understand

Yep. We can't be so naive not to see greedy hands behind the new vegan agenda.

Naturally. I used to take Victoza along with 100+ units of Lantus daily, just to keep my BG under 140 (at BEST) while following
@AmDiabetesAssn guidelines diet for years. Fun times. Went keto in 2016, best thing I ever did - wish I found it 15 years ago. -
No matter how many times I read stories like yours, the ADA will keep recommending the same crap diet. And there can be only ONE reason - donations from Big Pharma and Big Junk Food. What else can it be?
-
Of course. Sickening. We can only keep offering info to advocate otherwise and hope others listen.

Used to work for them, and felt kind of uneasy when they talked about "erging markets in the US", with the compulsory side note "it is tragic, but they bri g it on themselves".

Interesting comment. It's rare, I think, that drug industries consciously plot to promote sickness to boost sales. Instead, it's an unspoken ethic - and perhaps more pernicious as a result.
-
I don't believe it was conscious in any of my colleagues, yes there was a consciousness about the fact that "we" would all benefit from the stupidity of the Americans... as in not something we could do anything to stop
