@TeamYouTube This claim is complete and UTTER BS. And your system is being abused.
I have to wait weeks for this counter claim to go through, and even then, if they decide that the claim is valid, which it's not for reasons I explained above, I'll have to wait longer.

Your source says this: Courts also consider the effect a parody or transformative piece has on the market share for the original artist. Because guess what, five seconds of a song that didn't actually use the song wouldn't affect the market.
