Taking away the Native Americans right to vote is unconscionable, unAmerican, and should be illegal! WHY did the Supreme Court uphold this whole street address requirement? Because they are rigging ND’s election!

Huh? Is that really the basis? I am pretty sure there were no street addresses in most of 1789 America. Unbelievable.

Or income tax. Can we get rid of that too?

Sure, the legislature can legislate it away & SC would be fine. That’s how the Constitution works. SC upholding a law designed to take away a certain citizens’ constitutional right to vote b/c they lack a street address is no different than upholding poll tests and is obscene.

Not correct. Having an ID is an option. A means to make sure only citizens vote. Assuming native Americans can’t get an ID is racist.

Thought you guys were Constitution carrying literalists? I checked 17th Amend-says “the people” shall vote for Sen. No mention of ID’s or addresses. Cute playing reverse race card when pols passing these rules openly admit they are targeting by race (“with surgical precision”).

Give it a shot, hear it’s nice in Nov. If caught you’d be 45th in-person voter fraud case since 2000 with over 1B votes cast (yea, I know, FAKE NEWS!). BTW thought goal was to be great AGAIN! Weren’t we great for 1st 230 yrs before 1st voter ID law passed in 2006. USA! USA! USA!

Got another idea. AZ’s voter ID law protecting us from hordes of illegal voting Mexicans accepts circumcision & gun reg cards as ID but not student IDs
. Get a fake circumcision card
Fly to AZ
Vote for McSally over Sinema! That illegal vote would matter. ND is a done deal.
