Talking about our failures is the only way we'll get better. The story only happens because of the security failure. Period. I highly doubt this is the only failure - but it is the only one we're hearing about.

I think the problem is they contract out WAAAY too much and don't hire enough people. When you hire and aim to keep people, you get loyalty. When you contract out to the lowest bidder, you don't get that.
