Yep. I know this is humor, but I saw something similarly terrifying when an Autoclave was connected directly to the Internet with an ADSL line. The world’s largest remote controlled pipebomb. Most stressful day of my IT career.

Really more of a cautionary tale delivered through humor. I've seen some "holy carp" ICS moments in person (thankfully nothing that ended like this)

Oh, ditto. Side note: the number of penetration testers who lack true understanding of negative impacts is astounding. May they never be allowed to operate in an ICS (or worse, healthcare) environment.
