    There is some good stuff here but saying masculinity is just a social construct (Guideline 1) and men are the privileged sex (Guideline 3) flies in the face of science and common sense. The APA can do better than this and I look forward to improvements to the second version.

    Heroic Bettina Arndt highlights disregard for men's cancer deaths: 57% of cancer deaths are male. Risk of dying from cancer before age 85 is 1 in 4 for men and 1 in 6 for women. 2017: 3,452 deaths from prostate cancer compared to 3,087 from breast cancer.
