There’s a lot of speculation that he gave up a lot of the mob. Hence the strong connection with Giuliani. I’m not sure it’s ever been proven though, but I could be wrong.

I have tried to calm pissed off twitterers that did not understand why some who had allegations laid against them for serious crimes committed 01 06 were dealt seemingly with kid gloves. I believe many or all are ratting out their co-conspirators. Feds have an interesting model
