Calling one worse is an illogical claim- as 1. They are different 2. The core harm is the same, not the physical damage but the violation of bodily autonomy. Adults sometimes choose circ or intersex surgery- but those are done with informed consent.
Also there is no nuance in bodily autonomy and unnecessary surgery.
