We need much greater diversity in the FBI, CIA, and NSA. I'm sure that it will greatly enhance their efficiency and competence.
For their goals? Yes it will. This is an ideological war. We either win it on ideological grounds, or we lose: if we shoot first, we die. The goal should be to figure out a way to make them shoot first. Not in isolated incidences, but en masse, i.e. induce actual state tyranny.
I actually kind of agree. If it is ever going to happen, it has to happen like that. Or a total failure of the national electrical grid. Or both.
