Unrealistic. Reforming the current GOP is the only path, as third parties always fail.
This time a year ago I was saying EXACTLY the same thing. The immune system of the party infrastructure is just way too strong. They hate us more than they hate the communists. Parrott has some interesting ideas on why Republican party politics is mostly a dead end.
