That is good however child marriages will continue to happen unless the law is practically implemented and enforced. Suppose if the girl is 18 years old and her husband-to-be is 40 years old or elder or someone of the age of her father then what should be the law in that case?

Shouldn’t girl be allowed to decide for herself? What has law to do with this? Simply leave it to her and if she is willing to marry someone 50 years older then her so let it be
