India should stay away from any close engagement with any Islamic country. No matter how much India helps, a Muslim country will always be hostile to India. Bangladesh is the best example.

I think India is clear about its role and their policy support it...US policy/strategy is confused between with / without Pakistan...With pakistan didn't and wont help leaving Afghanistan will invite another 9/11 with support of Pakistan's non-state but state sponsored actors.
